  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, Crown and Crumb LLC cannot accept returns of cakes or confections once they have left our premises.

No Full Refunds for Consumed Products:

  • No full refunds will be provided for any cakes or confections that have been picked up and consumed in full by the customer. We consider full consumption of the product as acceptance of the order in the condition it was received.

Partial Refunds for Refused Products at Pickup or Delivery:

  • If a cake or confection is refused at the time of pickup or delivery due to imperfections or does not meet the customer’s order specifications, Crown and Crumb LLC offers a partial refund ranging from 1% to 50% of the total purchase price.
  • The decision to offer a refund, and the amount thereof, is at the discretion of Crown and Crumb LLC, with an effort to reach a fair agreement with the customer based on the nature of the imperfections and the impact on the overall presentation and enjoyment of the product.
  • We commit to fixing and remediating any issues with the product. The offer of a partial refund acknowledges the inconvenience and potential delay due to the extra work needed to meet our quality standards and your expectations.

Determining the Refund Percentage:

  • The determination of the refund percentage within the 1% to 50% range is made by Crown and Crumb LLC based on the severity of the issue, the cost of the product, and the extent to which it deviates from the agreed specifications.

  • Customers wishing to request a refund based on taste must contact Crown and Crumb LLC within 24 hours of pickup or delivery to initiate the return process.
  • The product should be returned to the specified location within 48 hours of the original pickup or delivery time, accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
